It's time to cut the political & bureaucratic red tape and unleash our
country's energy potential.

 

Partisan differences and federal regulation on American energy are causing a
crisis in our country. Too often, our leaders fall into the trap of thinking
it's either green energy or bust, while others only focus on gas and oil. 

 

My question to all Washington politicians & bureaucrats is:
Why not an "all of the above" energy solution?

In Maryland, we were able to cut miles of red tape and thousands of
regulations over the past 8 years because it was the right thing to do, and our
state has grown exponentially because of it.

 

It's about time we end the fruitless political squabbling and find common
sense solutions for Americans. If there's a place where both sides should
agree, it's that we need to stop our reliance on foreign oil and dictators.

 

I believe we need to ramp up America's oil production and affordable energy
alternatives, but we cannot do any of this with the burdensome regulations that
Washington, D.C. refuses to cut.
