They want to eviscerate election integrity nationwide and really rig the system by overturning the entire Electoral College process. Speaker Pelosi and Sen. Schumer are once again pushing bills like HR1 to strip the states of control over their own elections. It's unconstitutional.
At the ACLJ, we defeated the Obama-Biden IRS targeting of conservatives. And we WILL NOT let Biden-Pelosi-Schumer radicals in Congress target conservatives and manufacture a complete federal takeover of elections.
Why are they doing this now? Because the midterm elections are looming.
The radical Left is trying to enshrine into law EVERYTHING that went wrong with the 2020 election – forcing states to mail out ballots to all residents, banning states from implementing any voter ID measures, and legalizing ballot harvesting – inviting fraud. It could also DISMANTLE our victory against the Obama-Biden IRS and weaponize the IRS to once again target conservatives.
At the ACLJ, our legal and Government Affairs teams are mobilizing to defeat this attack on our election integrity and challenge it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. But now is a critical time. We need YOU today.
