Dear Friend,

I’ve heard “nothing can be done” too many times to count when I’ve told people about our audacious goal of dismantling the infrastructure that holds up the pornography industry.

You didn’t give up though and look at what we have accomplished together!

Some 2022 highlights in our quest to hold BigPorn accountable!

  • The NCOSE Law Center’s class-action lawsuit against Pornhub for facilitating, hosting, and profiting from sex trafficking and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) saw a favorable ruling and is moving ahead . . . the first time a case like this has made it past "dismissal"!
  • NCOSE’s vision of being a catalyst to create lawsuits is working! There are now five class-action lawsuits and about a dozen other civil lawsuits against mainstream porn websites. NCOSE’s attorneys have helped with all of them either as co-counsel or with background facts and consultation.
  • NCOSE continues to lead efforts to target mainstream corporations holding up the porn infrastructure through advertising, distribution, technology, or consumer services. Roku is the latest to cut ties, removing all pornography channels from the most popular entertainment streaming player. Mastercard, Visa, and Discover continue to refuse processing payments for Pornhub.
  • Legislation regulating the pornography industry was introduced in Canada and soon will be in Spain thanks to the advocacy of our international arm, ICOSE, and we are working to pass legislation at the state-level to restrict these abuse websites from targeting children and robbing them of their innocence.

Thank you for partnering with us! Together, we will continue to be the porn industry’s worst nightmare.
