Welcome to reality, Mr. President. Inflation has Americans worried about paying the bills.   Inflation is a tax, a hidden tax, no one votes for but everyone has to pay. Biden keeps trying to spin the economy in a positive light, but citizens – especially those who are struggling financially – see things differently. The Biden administration’s anti-energy agenda is the primary culprit for America’s energy crisis and current inability to deal with supply shocks and associated price hikes. Biden’s Open Border Is an Open Invitation to Terrorist Attacks With an alarming number of aliens being smuggled into the U.S. and minimal operational control of the border under current conditions, there’s absolutely no way to promptly and effectively vet aliens coming from that many different countries. It is, therefore, no surprise that now, special-interest aliens can easily find their way into the U.S. without surveillance.  It’s evident that the Biden administration’s reckless policies (including the attempted lifting of Title 42) are continually exacerbating the border crisis it created and are opening our nation’s borders to terrorist threats originating from all over the world.  Heritage Expert: Erin Dwinell

Protesting at justices’ homes: A violation of federal and state law - Even though the Supreme Court hasn't issued its official opinion in the case, pro-abortion protesters are gathering outside the homes of the five conservative justices who are assumed to be in the majority of the leaked draft. These crowds have engaged in illegal protests outside the homes of those justices each week since the leak, in clear violation of federal and state law. Heritage Expert: Hans von Spakovsky

Raising cost for Russia’s blockade can avert prolonged war - The time may be right to dust off past recommendations to modify the Anti-Submarine Rocket for shore launch with extended ranges. Such an idea is not new; in a November 2020 article, the commandant of the Marine Corps argued for a similar capability in a war with China. For Ukraine, it could be viable in the long term, assuming adequate targeting and weapon range. Heritage Expert: Brent Sadler

Russia’s War on Ukraine: Four Lessons From the First 100 Days - Sadly, we are probably months away from any resolution of this conflict. More will die, and additional lessons will be learned. Our hearts are with Zelensky and the brave Ukrainians. But it is not too early to start to draw insights that will help guide us in maintaining our own national security. DC Pregnancy Center Vandalized: ‘Jane Says Revenge’ – The Capitol Hill Crisis Pregnancy Center, located just blocks away from the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., was vandalized sometime between late Thursday night and Friday morning. The center’s front door was splattered with red paint and the words “Jane Says Revenge” were spray-painted on the side of the building. Heritage Expert: Douglas Blair
