As I'm sure you've heard, New York is holding two separate primaries this summer. This is the culmination of a long process to finalize our district maps without adequate transparency or public input, and low voter turnout will further dilute our communities' voices.

That's why it's so important that we reach every single voter in our new district to ensure they know when the election is, who's running, and how to get to the polls.

Every New Yorker deserves a say in the political process, and since redistricting went ahead with minimal input, it's more important than ever that we have strong turnout in both the June and August primaries.
