Patriot,

Justice Scalia once said to an incoming class of Supreme Court law clerks that “he would do ‘everything in [his] power’ to ‘ruin’ the career of any law clerk who betrayed his confidences.”

We have one very simple question for you: Do you believe that if it turns out to be an employee of the Supreme Court who leaked the draft reversal of Roe V. Wade they should be prosecuted to the full extent of federal law?

Yes, prosecute crooks >>

No, let them off the hook >>

Once again, as is becoming increasingly typical, the Supreme Court, or matters closely related to the court, is becoming the focal point of this year’s midterm elections.

Dems are raising MILLIONS of dollars to save their Senate majority in hopes that they can rebuild their liberal majority on the Court. We’re of the belief that DEMS don’t mind the leak but are instead grateful that the news from the Supreme Court helped to super charge their fundraising mere months before voters start filling out their general election ballots.

Let us know where you stand on all of this by taking our brief survey today.

Thanks,

NRSC Digital Team

Survey Questions:

Should the Supreme Court leaker be prosecuted to the full extent of the law?

- Absolutely

- I’m not sure

Will you help us gain a conservative majority in the Senate? Every additional Republican elected to the U.S. Senate gives conservatives an increased chance that Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer won't’ be able to place another liberal justice on the Court.

- Yes, I’ll contribute $2

- Yes, I’ll contribute another amount
