It’s no secret that all across the country – at every level of the ballot and even in the Supreme Court – our fundamental rights are at stake. 

That’s why I want to tell you about my friend, Attorney General Rob Bonta, who is holding the line in California – and to ask you to chip in to his campaign ahead of the upcoming primary.

Over just the past few months, we’ve seen bill after bill come down in Republican-controlled legislatures attacking everything from equal protection under the law to voting rights to common sense gun safety measures. 

And just a few weeks ago, a leaked Supreme Court draft indicated that Roe v. Wade is likely to be overturned – leaving the right to access safe, legal abortion care at risk.

I’m standing up each and every day in the U.S. Senate to protect our rights, including the fundamental right to reproductive freedom. But I need allies like Rob Bonta in California – and you – fighting the good fight alongside me.
