The bombshell leak from the Supreme Court unleashed a firestorm.

This Supreme Court-authenticated draft opinion would overturn Roe v. Wade, but this decision is STILL NOT final. And the radical Left is using it to quickly EXPAND abortion.

The radical Left has now launched a 3-pronged attack: 1) They are trying to intimidate Justices to change their minds (an all-out attack on the integrity of the Supreme Court); 2) Biden, Schumer, and Pelosi are still trying to nuke the Senate filibuster and pack the Court; 3) Their first vote FAILED to codify Roe (make it PERMANENT even if the Supreme Court overturns Roe), but they are promising new votes in Congress and in states nationwide.

We are in an urgent battle to protect the integrity of the Supreme Court and this opinion that would overturn Roe and defend the lives of countless unborn babies.

We're mobilizing to fight back. We've filed 3 briefs at the Supreme Court to overturn Roe. Our legislative affairs team is aggressively working on Capitol Hill and in nearly 30 states nationwide. Our legal team has analyzed the draft opinion, determining that any federal attempt to make Roe permanent is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and we're willing to go back to the Supreme Court if necessary.

This is the biggest fight of our lifetimes, and time is of the essence. The final opinion of the Court could be released any day this month. We need you to take urgent action with us now.
