Jack –– Support for expanding the Supreme Court is growing.
As the GOP acts to dismantle our elections from the ground up, we must do everything possible to ensure the Supreme Court is in position to save democracy as we know it.
That’s why we’re polling Democrats about where they stand on expanding the Supreme Court. The Judiciary Act of 2021 would add four additional seats to the Supreme Court and restore balance after Trump and McConnell blatantly stole Supreme Court seats.
