The House just passed my Building Blocks of STEM Act -- A major step forward in addressing the gender gap in STEM fields and a commitment to children all across the country that they can achieve anything they put their minds to.

This is my first piece of legislation to pass the House and it certainly won't be the last. As a member of the House Science Committee, I will continue to use my platform to advocate for evidence-based solutions to our nation's toughest problems.
