Changing our gun laws is not about ”control.” It’s about SAFETY.

It’s about keeping our communities SAFE. It’s about keeping our kids SAFE.

In the military, we are trained thoroughly to handle and store weapons SAFELY. Before we even fire at a range we are taught to handle, use and store our weapons SAFELY.

These measures have nothing to do with control — they are in place to save lives.

We are running a full page ad in the New York Times to make that point. Because “gun control” is an NRA talking point and editors and reporters need to realize that. We’ve included an image of the ad below.
