When I write, it’s usually to put a new novel on your bookshelf. 

I’m a writer but I’m also a Granite Stater, an unabashed Maggie Hassan supporter, and an advocate for reproductive freedom. So today I am writing for another reason.

The Supreme Court, bolstered by three justices put there by an anti-woman president, just announced its plan to overturn Roe v. Wade, ripping access to essential care away from millions of women.

Electing pro-choice leaders is more important than it has ever been. That starts with Maggie here in New Hampshire. She won her last race by just 1,017 votes, and her opponents are all as anti-choice as they come. Here’s why I’m writing:

Please rush $3 or as much as you can to help reelect Maggie Hassan and stop anti-choice extremists from making it to the Senate. With Roe upended, giving Republicans even one more seat is truly the last thing we need.
