We need more officials in office who aren’t afraid to tackle the real issues.
Friend,
The leaked Supreme Court opinion has thrust Attorneys General races around the country into the spotlight. And our Dem AGs are not missing the moment.
DAGA was the first committee to pledge to only support pro-choice AGs and candidates that are committed to protecting abortion access however they can.
We’re investing in key battleground states like Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin to fight for reproductive rights and elect Dem AGs who will work to protect abortion access. The stakes are too high to let Republican AGs continue their anti-abortion crusade.
Dem AGs like Michigan’s Dana Nessel and Wisconsin’s Josh Kaul are speaking out against antiquated laws that would outlaw abortion in their respective states if Roe v. Wade is overturned. Michigan’s law is over 90 years old, and Wisconsin’s law was first passed in 1849. Both AGs Nessel and Kaul have stated that they would not enforce these laws if they go into effect. Without Dem AGs like Nessel and Kaul in office, we won’t be able to protect abortion at the state level.
