Are You Ready?

In just three days, NH Gives will begin! This statewide 24-hour online fundraising event is designed to build community by connecting donors to local nonprofits.

This year our goal is to raise $15,000 for our food programs and we need your support!

Help spread the word about the important work Families in Transition does and get others to join us in helping to make a difference in our community. Here are a few easy ways you can support us.

We’d love to meet your friends. Online days of giving are successful because of our personal networks. Help us grow our network by sending this email to your friends, family, and co-workers.

Share, share share. Leverage social media by posting on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Share why you are passionate about ending food insecurity in our community.

On June 7, starting at 5:00 p.m., visit our NH Gives page to donate to Families in Transition so families and individuals in our community continue to receive the food assistance they need. All giving will end at June 8 at 5:00 p.m. so make sure to get your gift in on time!
