[1]Real Justice
John, everywhere
I look, I’m seeing unforgivable failures from police – which means our
fight for fearless District Attorneys who will hold them accountable is
more important than ever.
In Uvalde, police HEARD gunfire in the classroom, but refused to enter.
They ignored 911 calls from kids. AND they are refusing to cooperate with
the investigation into their failures.
In Buffalo, the white supremacist terrorist planned everything openly
online and on the ground – and law enforcement didn’t even notice until it
was too late.
Listen. District Attorneys are some of the ONLY elected officials who can
hold police accountable. That is why we have been fighting tooth and nail
to defend our best champions who are already in office and elect new DAs
all over the country.
We desperately need these DAs to hold police accountable not only for
their violence – but also for these unforgivable failures to protect the
public.
The good news is that we have an opportunity to elect SIX amazing leaders
for DA on June 7th, which is in just 4 days. They are the kind of DAs who
would launch thorough, widespread investigations into these failures
without hesitation. With NO slack. No impunity. Period. But we need
resources to keep up this work.
