The Deep State is faltering as we deliver critical blows in federal court.
But President Biden keeps doing everything within his (and in reality, outside of his constitutional) power to empower the Deep State bureaucracy to accomplish what he can't.

We caught the Biden IRS targeting Christians. The Biden Administration tried to have our case thrown out of court, but we defeated them. Today is our next crucial court deadline as that case moves forward, as well as a number of our other cases.
We defeated the Biden Administration's attempts to hide former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki's "shut . . . down" emails and former Obama-Biden officials' shadow diplomacy.
We are fighting Biden's Deep State in 12 lawsuits, and we're about to file more. The Biden Administration will not comply with the law, refusing to give us the documents and even demanding that the court toss our lawsuits. We must be getting close to uncovering something major.
But as we take on the unlimited (taxpayer-funded) resources of the Biden Deep State in court – in case after case after case – we need YOU . . . NOW MORE THAN EVER.
