The U.S. Justice Department may be considering charges in the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. 

The Jan. 6 committee has been hard at work combing through call transcripts and interviewing hundreds of people in Donald Trump's inner circle for months now. 

And now, with the Justice Department stepping in, we could have a real chance at holding Trump and his cronies accountable for their treasonous actions on that tragic day.
