I'll cut to the chase, team: November is turning out to be our worst fundraising month of the whole year.

Yesterday, my team sent me some projections and if we keep pace like this, we won't even raise half of what we raised last month.

This could not have come at a worse time, too. This is the first real test of our re-election campaign and we need to make sure we have the resources it takes to come out strong.

So, I'm reaching out to ask if you would make a donation of any amount before our deadline tomorrow to help get us back on track. Every dollar you give means so much to me personally.

I'll admit, I've been so busy doing my job in the House, I just haven't had time to worry about fundraising. And trust me, I like it that way!

But that means our fundraising is taking a real hit right now and we need to work twice as hard just to play catch up.

I'm doing whatever it takes to help elect Democrats in tough districts and I don't want to have to pull back from the campaign trail just to get stuck on the phone dialing for dollars.
