Cómo afectarán el voto latino nuevas leyes electorales en varios estados
Según un reporte del Brennan Center for Justice de la facultad de derecho de la Universidad de Nueva York, 27 estados han propuesto al menos 148 proyectos de ley para cambiar cómo se llevan a cabo las elecciones y cómo se determinan los resultados de estas.
