xxxxxx,
As Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton faces disciplinary action from the Texas Bar for abusing the power of his office as he led 17 states (including Florida) in filing a lawsuit pushing the Big Lie, Ashley Moody should also be concerned.
Attorneys in Florida must follow similar rules to those in Texas, where Paxton’s lawsuit has been admonished by the Texas Bar’s Commission for Lawyer Discipline as “dishonest… not supported by any charge, indictment, judicial finding, and/or credible or admissible evidence.” And now, the
South Florida Sun-Sentinel is blasting Moody for her role in this disgraceful abuse of power:
It’s clear that Ashley Moody has failed the people of Florida by abusing her power as Florida’s Attorney General, and she must be held accountable for her actions.
xxxxxx, now I need your help to make sure she’s held accountable at the ballot box. Can you pitch in $5 or more right now to help provide the resources our campaign needs to communicate with the voters who will decide this critical election?
If we can’t count on your support, there’s a very real chance we could lose this important election, and Ashley Moody will continue wasting our tax dollars filing frivolous lawsuits in an attempt to score political points — which hurts all Floridians.
We simply can’t allow that to happen, xxxxxx.

Daniel is running for Attorney General because for the last 4 years, the Florida Governor and Attorney General have been more interested in bullying those they don’t agree with than helping Florida families. It is time someone finally stood up to the bullies. Daniel is the person to do just that — donate now to help power his campaign to hold Ron DeSantis and Ashley Moody accountable!
