I’m running for Congress because we have to do better for Montana families. But winning this race isn’t going to be easy.

Hey team --

I want to start this email off by saying thank you.

Because of you, we’re heading into Election Day with strength and momentum behind our campaign to enact meaningful, positive change for our communities and working families. I’m proud to say that this campaign has been a community-led effort from the beginning, and it means the world to me to have your confidence.

I also want to take a moment to remind you why I got in this race. It can be easy to get caught up in the election day antics and forget about the person behind the platform.

So, here’s my story:

My parents raised me with Montana values -- hard work, gratitude for our incredible public lands, and the importance of caring for one another.

That's why I spent my career improving access to health care for underserved and rural communities. And it's why I launched We Are Montana two years ago -- a non-profit, public health hub for rural and Native leaders battling through the COVID-19 crisis.

Right now, Montana is at a crossroads, friend.

We are all feeling the effects of massive growth, whether it’s rising housing prices, inflation, or our Main Streets and small businesses. Families are pulling up to gas stations and walking into grocery stores to find that everything is more expensive.

I’m running for Congress because I know we can do better for Montana families. We deserve a representative in Washington who knows what it’s like to struggle to make ends meet. Who’ll fight to make sure we have good jobs and wages, and will work across the aisle to make sure that families who have been here for years or generations can afford to stay.

What we don't need in Congress is another Washington insider like Ryan Zinke -- who’s best-known for wasting taxpayer dollars for personal use and selling public lands to the highest bidder.

Winning this race isn’t going to be easy. Zinke’s special interest and corporate PAC dollars are working hard to outraise us. They think they can buy this House seat, but they’re no match for our strong, grassroots movement.

These last few days before the primary are critical for getting our message out to as many Montanans as possible. Could you chip in $3 to support our fight to the finish?

Thanks for everything,

Cora
