I’m Alyssa Milano, actress, activist, and proud member of the Emerge community. In 2017, I shared a tweet with the #MeToo hashtag and became part of a nationwide movement of silence breakers and justice seekers – and I’ve never looked back.

I’ve always believed in the power of stepping up and speaking your truth. I’ve marched shoulder to shoulder with veteran activists, pounded pavement as a campaign trail volunteer, and even shared my story with Congress.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is this: We must use every ounce of our personal power to fight for one another and show up in solidarity with our neighbors. That’s why I am proud to support Emerge – and why I am personally asking you to join us today, John.
