We're so close to making a major impact to defend babies, but our deadline is in just hours . . .

John,

We're so close to making a major impact to defend babies. We're preparing to file an amicus brief to defend lives in a major new abortion case at the Supreme Court and a new appeal to defeat Planned Parenthood in another case. But we need your help to defeat the abortion industry.

Midnight tonight is our November Matching Challenge Deadline, but we're still $174,879 short of our critical goal. Help put us over the top.

Jordan,

We're just hours from our urgent Midnight Deadline to defend babies.

A San Francisco jury just forced pro-lifers to pay Planned Parenthood millions in damages for exposing the sale of aborted babies' body parts.

The judge essentially found them liable for trespass in exposing the harvesting of babies' body parts and instructed the jury to decide how much the pro-life defendants should have to pay Planned Parenthood as punishment, as well as their liability on other claims. Planned Parenthood is already celebrating, "We're thrilled."

But this battle is far from over. The ACLJ is preparing to appeal this injustice and defeat Planned Parenthood.

We're also in a showdown at the Supreme Court in another case that could be the biggest abortion case of the current Court, with our brief due soon.

We cannot lose these fights, but we face another challenge. These cases demand time and immense resources. The abortion lobby seems to have an unlimited supply of both.

We can win. We can beat Planned Parenthood, but we urgently need your support before our MIDNIGHT November Matching Challenge Deadline. We're still $287,589 short of our goal.

Your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED, dollar-for-dollar. $20 becomes $40; $40 becomes $80 in defense of babies.

Have Your Gift Doubled Now Before Our Midnight Deadline.
