June is Pride month!
For more than 50 years, Peace Over Violence has provided consistent, crucial healing services for survivors of violence and critical prevention education to help bring about cultural shifts in our field and communities. We know that LGBTQIA+ folks experience higher levels of violence, including domestic and sexual violence - and survivors face heightened barriers when it comes to disclosing their experiences or getting support.
Because of this and in observance of Pride Month, Peace Over Violence has launched new special edition merch to reaffirm our support for domestic and sexual violence survivors of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions and the fight for liberation. Created at our Peace Over Violence Design Studio, these new products feature a custom designed and inclusive rainbow with the key messages of liberation, expression, solidarity, love & pride OVER VIOLENCE.
Proceeds from each product provide critical unrestricted funding and support direct services to LGBTQIA+ survivors.
