America has an overall "D" Rating on our INFRASTRUCTURE!

This includes Aviation, Bridges, Dams, Drinking Water, Energy, Hazardous Waste, Inland Waterways, Levees, Ports, Public Parks/Recreation, Rail, Roads, Schools, Solid Waste, Transit, and Wastewater.

When Bridges Collapse, Levees Fail, Trains Derail, etc., lives are lost and put at risk. This is not acceptable and MUST BE ADDRESSED by Congress 'Now' or it will cost us greatly later!

Constituents of this district are affected, Texans, and our Nation as a whole!

I will fight to ensure we move from the subpar rating to Excellence!

We must move past 'Political Talking Points' and 'Empty Rhetoric' and Push to "PLANS & ACTIONS"! This is exactly what I plan to do in Washington!
