Recently, a Wisconsin middle school opened a Title IX investigation into three 8th-grade students. If only that were a sad joke. The boys, who as 8th graders would be approximately 13 years old, are accused of unlawful sexual harassment because they allegedly failed to use preferred pronouns in reference to a classmate who asked to be identified as “they” or “them.” Read more.

With the national average gas price at $4.59 per gallon and multiple states paying over $5 per gallon, the media attention has rightfully been focused on pain at the pump. The recent horrific Texas school shooting has brought the issue of school and gun safety to the forefront of our public conversation. Reasonably, many are asking how we can better protect our school children and prevent school shootings or other such incidents in the future.

California has sought to belittle the power that women today have amassed. In 2018, the Golden State felt it necessary to require that corporate boards include one to three women (if they can define one!), depending on the board’s size. Fortunately, a state court judge held that the law violates the California Constitution, which, like the U.S. Constitution, prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex.

A series of poor decisions by federal policymakers helped to create the shortages plaguing supermarket shelves, and some of the proposed “solutions” could end up making the problem worse. Much of the problem began with the federal Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, which funds over half of the baby formula purchased nationwide.
