Hey John,

I’m sure your emotions are as raw as mine are from the past few weeks’ events. With every challenge and struggle our country has faced lately, we need to keep working together to address them — and resist efforts from those acting in bad faith to drive us further apart.

The Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is looming over us, and tensions are high at the risk of seeing the Supreme Court overturn nearly 50 years of precedent set by the Roe v. Wade decision — the case that affirmed by a 7-2 vote the constitutional right to an abortion.

Not to mention, our Federal Election Commission deadline for this quarter is also approaching, an important step in our work to expand our Senate majority and help Democrats across the country get elected to continue fighting for all these important issues.

These issues are so important, and I know there is even more happening in the lives of Americans. That is why I want to hear what is on your mind so I can guide my work to best serve you.
