Our clean energy future is under threat. A groundless investigation is hamstringing U.S. solar production, and each day of delay jeopardizes the entire industry.
If you want affordable solar energy in the U.S., we need you to sign on right now.

Friend,
Three hundred solar projects delayed or canceled. 100,000 solar industry jobs at risk. Two-thirds of this year's solar capacity installations are in jeopardy.
Right now, the future of solar energy in the U.S. is in danger.
The Department of Commerce is pursuing a groundless investigation into the U.S. solar supply chain. By doing so, it's putting solar projects on hold across the country, imperiling jobs and keeping soon-to-be retired coal plants online.
We are out of time to act on climate, and further delay would be catastrophic. That's why we're partnering with climate groups across the country to tell Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo to intervene now—sign your name to join us!
The Department of Commerce's wild goose chase began when a small solar manufacturer complained about a potential Chinese trade loophole. Simply put, it isn't true—but Commerce is still considering raising tariffs on imported solar equipment from trading partners in Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
These tariffs would raise the price of solar and threaten the entire industry's future. The investigation is already doing damage—since it began in April, more than 300 solar projects across the country have been canceled or delayed, putting 24 gigawatts of clean power at risk.
Commerce Secretary Raimondo has the authority to issue a preliminary determination in the investigation this month. She must intervene right now to prevent a truly catastrophic outcome for the climate, and we need to make sure she gets the message loud and clear.
Tell the Department of Commerce to end the solar tariff investigation now!
