June 18. The Mass Poor People’s and Low-Wage Workers’ Assembly and Moral March on Washington and to the Polls.

Hi John,

On June 18, we’ll continue the work of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. by marching on Washington, D.C. Join us for The Mass Poor People’s and Low-Wage Workers’ Assembly and Moral March on Washington and to the Polls.

We will come together with labor activists, faith communities, moral allies and partnering organizations to not only take substantive action, but also to make our voices heard and demand an end to systemic inequality in all its forms.

There are 140 million poor and low-wealth people in this country, so we will march to demand a living wage, affordable health care, housing and a democracy that guarantees dignity and respect for all.

We ask that you join us for this historic event and RSVP now.

We hope to see you in Washington, D.C., on June 18!

In Solidarity,

Team AFL-CIO
