We sent a number of fundraising emails ahead of last night’s fundraising deadline, so the least I could do was send one more to say thank you.

We received tens of thousands of donations in those final days ahead of our May deadline. It all adds up to help us fight back against the attack ads running right now, and that’s how we win.

So, when you see us on television or running ads online, or when you see us rising in the polls and we celebrate our victory in November, it’s these donations that made it possible.

So, thank you again. When I first decided to run for Senate, I never imagined in my wildest dreams we’d run a campaign where almost every donation we received came from someone chipping in just a few bucks — but that’s what’s happened.

I am very proud of that fact, and you should be too.
