Believe it or not, our first major test of 2022 is just one week away — on June 7th, when the votes will be tallied in California’s primary election. But before that, we’re facing a critical fundraising benchmark.

After midnight tonight, our team will comb through our May fundraising numbers to see if we hit our internal goals and are keeping pace with our campaign budget, or need to scale back our GOTV outreach next weekend if we fall short of our projections.

I’m running in a newly redrawn district this year, California’s 12th, so we already have our work cut out for us to mobilize voters before Election Day — making sure they know what we’re fighting for and have a plan to vote.
