In the past few years, rampant dis- and misinformation have impacted every facet of our lives.

From the “Big Lie” diminishing trust in our elections to COVID-19 misinformation leading to thousands of lives lost, we are seeing in real-time how vulnerable our society is to the impacts of dis/mis.

At the George Washington Initiative, we are committed to combatting dis- and misinformation in defense of democracy, but we need your support.
