It has been an incredible few months. In addition to hosting a fancy shindig, we've been hard at work making endorsements in DC [[link removed]] , onboarding our new Regional Policy Director [[link removed]] , and organizing fun ways for you to get involved and make a difference.

We're looking for Breakfast Links Curators to help out on Wednesdays and Thursdays! These superstar volunteers kickstart each day at GGWash, working with our editors to select six to 10 engaging stories that provide a snapshot of recent local urbanist news.

We believe that Erin Palmer (Council Chair) [[link removed]] , Brianne Nadeau (Ward 1) [[link removed]] , Ben Bergmann (Ward 3) [[link removed]] , Zachary Parker (Ward 5) [[link removed]] , Charles Allen (Ward 6) [[link removed]] , Bruce Spiva (Attorney General) [[link removed]] , and Lisa Gore (at-large) [[link removed]] will work to meet our goals of more housing, more affordable housing, frequent and reliable transportation, and the land-use policies necessary to all of the above.
