We’re staring down the final 24 hours of our November fundraising window, which means despite the holiday weekend, there’s a full all hands on deck effort here at HQ.

But in the spirit of Thanksgiving, I want to use my time this morning to share my gratitude with this team.

If I’m being totally honest, November has really tested our campaign. I knew our district would be targeted by dark money groups ahead of 2020 elections, but I didn’t expect the attacks to begin so early -- or have seven figure ad spends. But folks like Joan B. in Whitesboro, Peter M. in New Hartford, and Barbara D. in Binghamton (and so many more I wish I could mention here) helped us hold the line against these negative and false ads.

Now, we’re focused on gearing up for an expensive race ahead. If these early attacks are any indication of what’s to come on the path to Election Day, we’re going to need every cent of our monthly goals to win.

We still have $4,318 to raise in the month of November but only 13 hours left to get it done. Please, will you join supporters like Joan, Peter, and Barbara and face off against dark money by making a grassroots contribution? >>
