✅ Nikki Fried (FL - Governor) - Primary Date: August 23

Nikki Fried is the ONLY Democrat who has been elected in a statewide election in Florida since 2012. She is running to defeat far-right extremist Ron DeSantis and bring sensible and progressive leadership to Florida. But first, Nikki must win her primary in August – and she’s running against Charlie Crist – a man who recently admitted that he is still “pro-life.”

Although Charlie Crist, Nikki’s primary opponent, is running as a Democrat, he has made it clear that he has no intention of stopping the right-wing attacks on abortion. (He’s also on record in support of a constitutional amendment to “protect traditional marriage” and “opposes adoption by same-sex couples.” 🚨)

✅ Sarah Godlewski (Wisconsin - Senate) - Primary Date: August 9

Sarah is the only woman left in a crowded field to unseat right-wing extremist and conspiracy theorist Ron Johnson (who believes climate change is a hoax). The other qualified women had to drop out, but somehow a bunch of men managed to stay in this Senate race.

The Washington Post called Sarah’s campaign “the best chance to rid the Senate of Ron Johnson.” Wisconsin will be the tipping point for Senate control, and, according to a recent head-to-head poll, Sarah is the ONLY Democrat who can beat Ron Johnson.

✅ Heather Mizeur (Maryland-01) - Primary Date: July 19

Heather Mizeur knew she needed to run for Congress after watching Republican Representative Andrew Harris spend more time attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election than representing his own district.

Heather is a proven leader and legislative powerhouse. She led the nation’s first state-led fracking commission to help stop fracking, she was a part of the movement for marriage equality in the Maryland House of Representatives, and she expanded pediatric healthcare throughout Maryland BEFORE the Affordable Care Act. Her opponent has been at the State Attorney's Office for 43 years, and is recently quoted in the Tampa Bay Times as saying, "One of the things that’s made this office so effective is the lack of change.”

Allison has pledged to never prosecute providers, doctors, or those who access reproductive health services in her jurisdiction. She is committed to the pursuit of a safer country and the justice we all deserve.

Wade is potentially nearing its end, we have noticed a disturbing trend: anti-choice “Democrats” are running in primaries across the nation.
