After learning about the Supreme Court’s draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade , Mikie and I attended a rally at Rutgers to talk about why we must protect Roe and everyone’s right to make their own health care decisions.

Mikie knows what’s at stake here. In New Jersey, we’re working to protect the right to choose, but Mikie and I know it wasn’t that long ago when Republican Gov. Chris Christie defunded Planned Parenthood and stripped access to reproductive care for tens of thousands of New Jerseyans.
In other states, legislatures are banning and even criminalizing abortion. And Mitch McConnell and National Republicans are entertaining the idea of a nationwide abortion ban.
For years, we’ve seen extremists chip away at fundamental rights -- from reproductive rights to voting rights.
Mikie is working to protect the values that are most important to us, but we need to make sure she returns to the House next year. Please contribute to her campaign before the deadline. [[link removed]]
