Holy. Moly. League of Conservation Voters just got challenged in a BIG way.? ? ? ? Friend ? big news over here: A major donor just issued a $100,000 gift challenge for the League of Conservation Voters for Giving Tuesday.

That's huge ? it would help fund major environmental campaigns well into 2020.

The catch: In order for the gift to kick in, 1,500 LCV members need to donate between now and midnight on Giving Tuesday. That's a stretch goal for us ? we're really not sure if we'll get there.

I want to give you a little more info about what we're up against right now ? and why hitting this goal matters SO, so much.
? Because after a fourth major spill from the Keystone Pipeline, the Trump administration is allowing TC Energy Corp (formerly TransCanada) to move forward with its expansion ? called Keystone XL. We're making an urgent push to block Keystone XL, but we have to move quickly if we have any shot at all. You can help. Make a donation to LCV today ? [link removed] Because the Trump administration is quickly pushing to sell access to the area around the Grand Canyon to allow uranium mining. The Grand Canyon has been home to Indigenous communities, including the Havasupai, Hualapai, Hopi, and Navajo Nation communities, for millennia.
