I’m going to jump straight to it. Our end of month deadline is tonight and we’re not on track to hit our goal.

If we can’t defend our vulnerable Senate candidates, our majority is gone. It’s clear a 50-50 Senate split is not enough to deliver the victories Americans need.

I worry about what will happen if we fail in defending our slim majority.

Roe v. Wade is about to be overturned. Voting rights are under attack. Based on experience, we know a Mitch McConnell-controlled Senate would soon target the Affordable Care Act and block any attempt at common-sense gun safety reform.

We need to unite right now and protect our vulnerable majority. I started Blue Senate to secure a Democratic majority — and with your help, we did just that, barely!

But 50 Senate Democrats is NOT enough. We need just a few more Democratic Senators so we have a working majority that can overcome Republican obstructionism and move our agenda forward.
