Our state legislative session ended with a stalemate on nearly every tax and spending policy – no tax cut, and no funding for education, gun violence prevention, public safety, healthcare, or any of the other policy priorities Minnesotans so desperately need. In fact, Minnesota stands to lose millions in federal matching funds for infrastructure projects because session ended without passing the transportation funding bill.
Extremism and partisan gridlock is undermining the functioning of our government and frustrating action on our critical needs. Something needs to change.
We can change the structure of our system so that we elect lawmakers who are incentivized to work in a more collaborative manner to address the needs of all Minnesotans. Ranked Choice Voting can help break through the gridlock and bring about a more effective, functioning state government.
The need for election reform is clear, and we need your help. A generous supporter has stepped up and is matching every donation with a Match to End the Gridlock now through midnight tonight - dollar for dollar - up to $10,000 in order to fight back against polarization and pass Ranked Choice Voting statewide.
Any amount you can spare makes an impact. Help us move beyond gridlock and save our democracy.
