Honestly, I never want to write or send another email to you about another mass-shooting -- as I did last week after the tragedy in Uvalde, Texas.

But the cycle of violence won't end unless we finally disrupt it with bold, decisive action -- just like we've done here in Washington state.

Our work in Washington must become a national model for action. But for that to happen, we need to demand necessary, real change. We need to show the politicians in Washington D.C. that we support leadership that actually acts in the face of horrific tragedy.
