In 2015, Gabrielle Blades started Blades Creative, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based branding and print design company that focuses on businesses, nonprofits and other organizations. The following year, she decided to devote all her time and energy to the venture, moving to an incubator space at Hamilton County Business Development Center, but needed additional help on how to grow the business.
