There are new fears that President Biden is about to betray Israel.

He is reportedly planning to visit "East Jerusalem" – a calculated move intended to signal support for a DIVIDED Jerusalem to Palestinian instigators and terrorist sympathizers.

For more than 30 years, we at the ACLJ have fought vigorously to defend Israel and its capital Jerusalem – a UNITED, not divided, Jerusalem.

But as President Biden prepares to undermine and betray Israel, the International Criminal Court (ICC) is poised to open up a new investigation targeting Israel – not the terrorists. The U.N. continues to malign and delegitimize Israel. Palestinian and Iranian terrorists plot Israel's utter destruction. And terrorist sympathizers wage lawfare attacks – using U.S. courts to maliciously and frivolously target Israel and its supporters.

The ACLJ is mobilizing our office in Jerusalem to fight back. Our legal team is working to defend a group of American Jews who were banned from a flight in Germany and surrounded by German police – just for being Jewish. We're preparing new actions at the ICC. TODAY, we are sending a critical legal letter to the U.N. in defense of Israel; and TOMORROW a major filing is due as we defend Israel's interests in federal court.
