• Supporting families battling drought in the Horn of Africa where this natural disaster is gripping the region – putting livestock, livelihoods, and food availability at risk. Oxfam is there, providing clean water and cash so families can survive this crisis, and building solar-powered desalination plants to make ground water drinkable for years to come.
• Reaching cyclone survivors in southern Africa with clean water, toilets, hygiene kits, and shelter materials after the worst cyclone season ever in the southern hemisphere, which affected 2.6 million lives and killed more than 1,000 people.
