Today, I am taking a moment to remember all of the heroes who left us while fighting for our freedom. We will never forget their unwavering commitment to the people of the United States and everything that they sacrificed.

I would also like to acknowledge the families of the brave men and women who are no longer with us. You keep the memories of your loved ones alive, and your sons and daughters give me the strength and motivation to continue working to make our country a better place.

In observance of Memorial Day, please give thanks for our freedom, a principle that so many have fought and died for. Happy Memorial Day to you and your family.
