On Memorial Day, we remember and honor all of those who have passed away in the effort to protect our country. Today serves as a reminder of all the work and sacrifice that has gone into protecting our democratic nation. Our freedoms and rights as Americans should never be taken for granted, and it becomes clearer every day that we must work together to protect the things we hold sacred as Americans.
Protecting American democracy requires vigilance, and we honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, let us reflect on those who gave so much for our freedoms and rights.
