With the Supreme Court poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, access to abortion is at risk. I’m ready to fight like hell to protect the right to choose, and I’m asking you to make a donation of $5 to fight alongside me.
The consequences in Michigan could be disastrous. Overturning or weakening Roe v. Wade could put Michigan’s dangerous 1931 abortion ban back into effect. It criminalizes abortion in almost all cases, making reproductive health care providers felons and depriving Michiganders of the ability to make their own health choices.
The stakes could not be higher. I’ve filed a lawsuit and used my executive authority to urge the Michigan Supreme Court to affirm the right to abortion and ensure this dangerous law never goes back into effect. Michiganders won’t lose their reproductive rights on my watch.
This is the stark choice before us. I will fight to protect Michiganders and our constitutional rights. But with the anti-choice Susan B. Anthony List launching ads to defeat me, I need your support.
