"My brave fellows, you have done all I asked you to do, and
more than can be reasonably expected; but your country is at stake,
your wives, your houses and all that you hold dear. You have worn
yourselves out with fatigues and hardships, but we know not how to
spare you. If you will consent to stay one month longer, you will
render that service to the cause of liberty, and to your country,
which you probably can never do under any other circumstances." George
Washington Dec. 31, 1776
In observance of Memorial Day, I'd
like to share last year's Memorial Day program from The LaRouche
Organization, "Make
America Good Again, Remembering the 'Better Angels of Our Nature'"
in which I participated.? Our nation, and also the world, are
experiencing an unprecedented existential crisis, and those of us
still blessed with life are called upon to see to it that those who
made the ultimate sacrifice did not so do in vain.??

Tomorrow, the Sare for Senate campaign will be filing over 45,000
signatures in Albany, and we'd like you to join us there. We'll file
the petitions and then hold a photo op in front of the State House and
the more people with us, the better. Given the importance of this
accomplishment, more road blocks and challenges are expected. We'll
get together afterwards for a picnic at a nearby park so that our
volunteers from across the state can meet each other. RSVP for the
details.
