Friends,

This Memorial Day, I want to pause and reflect on the importance of this holiday as we remember the countless fallen heroes who have died protecting our country.

Our service members, veterans, and their families have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect American values across the world. I feel immense gratitude for all our fallen heroes.

This country is built on the tenets of freedom, liberty and justice for all. And while we still have a long way to go before we truly achieve freedom for every American, we are indebted to those who made the sacrifice to get us where we are today.

I hope you’ll join me today in extending my sincerest gratitude to all our fallen service members and their families.
