Fellow Americans-

Today on Memorial Day, we Americans pause to pay tribute to the brave servicemen and women who gave their lives in the name of freedom, liberty, and the United States of America.

This is the greatest country on earth because of the sacrifice of those who have served our nation in uniform.

President Lincoln at Gettysburg in 1863 called that ultimate sacrifice the "last full measure of devotion." I hope you will all take some time today to honor the bravery and sacrifice that so many gave, so that we may continue to be free.

God bless America and all the heroes who have laid down their life in our defense. 🇺🇸
