Team, Republicans will do everything they can to shift the blame for their irresponsible actions to Democrats, but their actions speak for themselves. And after their ignorant responses to the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas this week, I’m sick of hearing their crap.
On every single major vote in Congress this month, Republicans have failed to support the Americans who are struggling the most. Parents who cannot find the baby formula they need. Working families paying ridiculously high prices for gas. African Americans who want answers on the white supremacist violence they’re seeing against their communities. And that doesn’t even include their despicable gun violence track record. They’ve drawn a line in the sand and their message couldn’t be more clear: they don’t give a damn. Here’s where they voted no:Infant Formula Supplemental Appropriations Act: NO (192) Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act: NO (203) Consumer Fuel Price Gouging Prevention Act: NO (203) Targeting Resources to Communities in Need Act: NO (165) Relief for Restaurants and other Hard Hit Small Businesses Act: NO (43 Senate) These bills could have helped everyday Americans get back on their feet and meet their most basic needs. Democrats are busy working to get these bills to the floor while Republicans are caught up trying to pursue the agenda of their failed leader Donald Trump. Help us put an end to this, [first/team], by fueling our effort to keep the House.If Republicans flip the House, McCarthy and his McCronies will stall every chance of progress.
